TREATMENT ONE –02/02/10 - ACNE CONTROL FACIAL

CLEANSER/TONER/SCRUB - Cleanse with Beta Green Tea Cleanser with a 2in. Clarisonic brush, followed up with a Beta Green Tea Lotion
ENZYME - Grape Seed Hydrating Serum under Pepsin & Papain for 10 minutes with steam
NUTRIENTS - Hydra Complex Serum with massage after extractions (acne, open comedones)
MASK - Green Tea Mask for 10 minutes
ACID - LED light for 6 minutes
MOISTURIZERS - Finishing with Blemish Serum/Natural Mega Brightening Serum/ Daytime Defense SPF30;
I WEEK FOLLOW-UP - Repeated on 02/08/10 and 02/11/10.
COMMENTS - Clear Acne prior to Pigment Correction

TREATMENT TWO – 02/13/10 – ANTI-OXIDANT PEEL

CLEANSER/TONER/SCRUB - Cleansed with Glycolic Herbal Wash and Pumice Wash, followed up by Fruit Acid Botanical
PREP SOLUTION - 25% AHA for 5 minutes
ENZYME - Tomato Enzyme Peel for 10 minutes
NUTRIENTS - Oxygen with vitamins
MASK - 10 minutes with LED light after a Green Tea Mask
MOISTURIZERS - Finishing with Daytime Defense SPF 30.
One week follow-up set for extractions with Oxygen and LED lights.

TREATMENT THREE - 02/23/10 - THE DETOX PEEL

CLEANSER/TONER/SCRUB - Cleanse with Glycolic Herbal Wash
PREP SOLUTIONS - Fruit Acid Botanical Wash
ENZYME - H2O2 Emulsion with steam for 10 minutes
NUTRIENTS - O2 after Extractions with 10 minutes of LED light
ACID - 30% Glycolic Acid for 90 seconds
EXTRACTIONS - after the Glycolic Acid is removed
One week follow-up set for Extractions with Anti-Inflammatory, O2, LED light (blue, red)
COMMENTS - Improving breakouts and congestion

TREATMENT FOUR - 03/01/10 - KOJIC CLAY TCA

CLEANSER/TONER/SCRUB - Cleanse with Glycolic Herbal Wash followed up with Fruit Acid Botanical
PREP SOLUTIONS - 15% Glycolic Acid
ACID - Kojic Clay TCA for 10 minutes, Beta A Peel left on
One week follow-up set (3/6) for a post peel facial with extractions, O2 for 5 minutes, LED (blue, red)
COMMENTS - All over peeling, decrease in acne and hyper-pigmentation

TREATMENT FIVE - 03/11/10 - ACNE CONTROL FACIAL

CLEANSER/TONER/SCRUB - Cleanse with Beta Green Tea Cleanser followed up with Beta Green Tea Lotion
ENZYMES - Grape Seed Hydrating Serum under Pepsin & Papain for 10 minutes with steam

MASK - Rosemary Basil Mask
MOISTURIZERS - Blemish Serum, SPF 30, and LED light (red, blue)
EXTRACTIONS - Medical extractions of acne lesions and congestion with enzyme. Using Beta Green Tea Lotion
No one week follow-up set

TREATMENT SIX - 03/13/10

CLEANSER/TONER/SCRUB - Cleanse with Glycolic Herbal Wash followed with Pumice Wash and Fruit Acid Botanical
PREP SOLUTIONS - Melanin Suppressant
ENZYME - Tomato Enzyme Paste for 10 minutes
MOISTURIZERS - Growth Factor Gel and SPF 30
EXTRACTIONS - after Peel has been removed
One week follow-up (3/20) set for Post-Facial with Extractions, O2 for 5 minutes, and LED light (red,blue)
COMMENTS - Good Improvement

TREATMENT SEVEN - 04/15/10 - KOJIC CLAY PEEL with TCA VARIATION

CLEANSER/TONER/SCRUB - Cleanse with Glycolic Herbal Wash and follow with a Fruit Acid Botanical
PREP SOLUTIONS - Melanin Suppressant
ACID - Acid 1 - 10% TCA/AHA / Acid 2 - Kojic Clay TCA for 10 minutes
NUTRIENTS - O2 Nutrients for 5 minutes
FINISH - Vitamin A Peel left on
One week follow-up set (04/19) jfor a Post-Facial with extractions and O2, LED light (red, blue)
COMMENTS - Big reduction in breakouts and pigmentation

TREATMENT EIGHT - 04/30/10 - TOMATO PEEL

CLEANSER/TONER/SCRUB - Cleanse with Glycolic Hebal Wash followed with Pumice Wash and Fruit Acid Botanical
PREP SOLUTIONS - Melanin Suppressant
ENZYME - Tomato Peel for 10 minutes
NUTRIENTS - Hydra Complex with Growth Factor Gel
MOISTURIZERS - SPF 30 and LED (blue,red)
EXTRACTIONS - After enzymes are removed, Blemish Serum

MORNINGS: Cleanse with Beta Green Tea Cleanse followed with Beta Green Tea Lotion, spot treatment with Blemish Serum, use SPF
EVENINGS: Cleanse with Beta Green Tea Cleanser followed with Raspberry Lotion, Hydra Complex Serum and spot treating with Blemish Serum (alternate Beta A)
WEEKLY OR POST PEEL AS NEEDED: Office Treatment

SKIN DIAGNOSIS: Fitzpatrick V; Japanese, America Indian & African-American; Grade III Acne & Post Inflammatory Pigmentation; Barbar Folliculitis.
RESULTS: Clearing of Acne & Lightening of Pigmentation; Clearing of Congestion & Folliculitis.
